Located in the beautiful Beaumont/Wilshire district of NE Portland. Owner Danelle is passionate about what we do and is completely dedicated to this yoga! She loves to help others improve their health, on all levels. Our classes are a disciplined sequence practiced in a heated room. Everyone can do this! It is designed to warm up the body as you go along, addressing every system in the body for longevity and high quality of life! |
